Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corp (Australia) is seeking a Production Technician to join our store team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and build bikes to Trek standards, while leading the service area with organization and professionalism.

We value precision, a passion for cycling, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You’ll stay certified through Trek University and help educate customers on service options, timelines, and bike care.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing bikes.
• Willingness to obtain Trek University certifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair bikes efficiently with speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Perform bike builds and pre-assemblies according to Trek standards.
• Lead the service area with professionalism and high standards of organization and cleanliness.
• Deliver best-in-class hospitality by helping customers understand service options and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to complete daily tasks and support shop operations.
• Maintain Trek University Guide Status through ongoing training and certification.
• Occasionally assist on the sales floor or with inventory tasks as needed.
