Job summary

Wideline Windows and Doors is seeking Production Team Members for the residential production team in Tuggerah, NSW. The role covers the afternoon shift (2pm to 10.06pm), Monday to Friday, with candidates who have on-the-tools experience preferred but new entrants are welcome to apply.

The successful applicants will ensure quality and accuracy, adhere to WHS standards, and contribute to meeting daily production targets in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or industry is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with WHS standards and safe work practices.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and initiative.

Production Team Members - Afternoon Shift

Through our three distinct brands – Wideline Windows and Doors, Logan Architectural Finishing and Cobalt Glass –we proudly craft top-quality windows and doors, overseeing every aspect of the manufacturing process from start to finish.

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Production Team Members to join our residential production team. We currently have positions Afternoon shift, 2pm to 10.06pm, Monday to Friday. Based in Tuggerah, this role is ideal for someone with experience on the tools, candidates new to the industry will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets
