Job summary

The Logan Group is seeking Production Team Members for its Commercial production team. Based in Tuggerah, NSW, on the day shift (6am to 2.06pm, Monday to Friday). Prior hands-on experience preferred, but newcomers will be considered, with full training provided.

Applicants should be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets. On-site parking and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience on the tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Familiarity with WHS standards and safe work practices.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Production Team Members to join our Commercial production team. We currently have positions Day Shift, 6am to 2.06pm, Monday to Friday. Based in Tuggerah, this role is ideal for someone with experience on the tools, candidates new to the industry will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets
