Job summary

Dahlsens Building Centres Pty is seeking a positive and energetic Fabricator for our Windows Manufacturing Centre to produce high-quality window frames and products. This hands-on role requires aluminium window fabrication experience, physical fitness, and the ability to read plans and operate with minimal supervision within a team.

You will measure, cut, and assemble to maximise material use, maintain quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience fabricating in a busy manufacturing environment, aluminium windows preferred.
• Physically fit and able to safely manual handle goods.
• Able to measure, cut and interpret plans; work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; safety-focused mindset.
• Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Good organisation and reliability; strong teamwork values.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on fabrication of window frames and products in a busy centre.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to maximise use and maintain quality.
• Interpret plans and schematics and translate into production output.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a positive and energetic team member to join our Windows Manufacturing Centre as a Fabricator. This hands‑on production role completing various tasks to produce high-quality window frames and products. We produce customised as well as standard products for our customer base which in turn grows your skills and knowledge every day.

ABOUT YOU

Great work ethic, great attitude, fit & reliable! Prior experience in the production setting of aluminium windows fabrication is essential. You’ll have a professional attitude, can work with minimal supervision and be willing to contribute positively to a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
