Job summary

Easy Signs in Sydney is seeking a Production Team Member to operate signage production equipment, maintain safety and quality, and contribute to continuous improvement. This role covers Day and Afternoon shifts in Smeaton Grange, with starts from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

You will finish signs, lay up products, support packing, and work with a collaborative team. Prior printing or manufacturing experience is preferred, and a strong work ethic, dexterity, and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) across day and afternoon shifts.
• Experience in printing or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
• Keen, reliable and strong work ethic.
• Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise cutting, shaping, and laminating.
• Commitment to safety and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Finish signs with lamination and eyelets for durability and quality.
• Lay up products accurately and align materials.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production goals.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment following safety protocols.
• Manage sign production timelines and meet deadlines.
• Assist with packing job orders across departments.
