Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Food Production Team Member to oversee our food production operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Feed raw materials into production machinery, pack, label and monitor food product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ensure that finished food products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
• Manage equipment, raw materials and ingredient resources to meet production objectives.
• Clean work surfaces and equipment after production.
• Maintain production schedules for optimum productivity and efficiency.
• Identify and address production issues.
• Manage raw ingredients inventory records and communicate with Operations Manager regarding ready-to-go inventory.
• Communicate with the Production Manager regarding production goals and results.

Location & Commitments

• Must be in Sydney
• Permanent full time / Permanent part-time role
• Monday - Friday (24 - 38 hours per week)
• Must have full working rights in Australia
