Job summary

MORE Consulting is seeking reliable and motivated Food Production Workers to join a well-established pork manufacturer based in Wetherill Park, NSW. This is an excellent entry to permanent employment with training provided and supportive team culture.

Shifts include AM and PM, weekly pay, full training, and opportunities for career progression within a growing business. Candidates with experience in food production, GMP/HACCP awareness, and the ability to work safely and efficiently will fit

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or production.
• Must be able to work with Pork.
• GMP/HACCP knowledge is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physically fit for standing and repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Reliable transport to Wetherill Park.

Responsibilities

• Work on food production and processing lines.
• Pack, weigh, and label food products.
• Conduct quality checks to meet standards.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare products for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures.

MORE Consulting is currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Production Workers to join one of our valued clients based in Wetherill Park. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established PORK manufacturer offering supportive training, and the potential for permanent employment.

Shifts

• AM: 5am - 1:36pm
• PM : 2pm - 10:36pm

Key Responsibilities

• Working on food production and processing lines
• Packing, weighing, and labelling food products
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
• Preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
• Following GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production
• Must be okay working with Pork
• Understanding of GMP and HACCP practices is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Reliable transport to and from Wetherill Park
• PERMANENT RESIDENT/AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS
