Working With R.M.Williams

Experience in manufacturing is welcome but absolutely not essential.

Our Workshop is a day shift operation, and we work the following hours:

Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm

Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

We have a structured Skill Level System ranging from Level 1 to Level 6, offering growth opportunities as you develop your craft.

• Skill Level 1 (Entry Level): $28.43 per hour
• Skill Level 2: $30.07 per hour
• Skill Level 3: $31.75 per hour
• Skill Level 4: $33.90 per hour

Higher skill levels come with increased pay rates as you progress in your role.
