Job summary

BlueScope Building Components is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for the afternoon shift at Novar Gardens, SA. You will lead a small production team, support the Operations Supervisor, and deliver safe, efficient, high-quality outcomes.

The Opportunity

BlueScope Building Components is looking for a Team Leader to join the Production team based in Novar Gardens, SA . BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

In this hands-on, salaried role, you’ll support the Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily production activities and provide day-to-day leadership to a small team. You’ll balance supporting and guiding others with actively contributing to operational work, helping the team deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

This is a permanent afternoon-shift position working Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm . It’s a great opportunity for an experienced operator ready to step into leadership or an existing Team Leader looking for a new hands-on opportunity.
