Job summary

BlueScope in Adelaide, SA, is hiring for an Afternoon Shift Team Member. What We Offer

These full-time, permanent roles offer a competitive weekly base rate starting from $1,061.72, with the ability to progress to $1,124.80, depending on your skills and experience, plus a 15% afternoon shift loading allowance.

You’ll also be eligible for overtime, public holiday pay and quarterly bonus.

This vacancy is for afternoon shift only, working from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

What Will You Do?

In this role, you will be part of the team producing our high-quality steel products, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure only the finest quality is delivered – on time, every time.

Your day-to-day work can include:

• supporting and promoting a safe working environment
• operating machinery to process and manufacture our products
• operating equipment such as forklift and cranes
• packing, strapping, and checking products for quality

The role involves manual handling and lifting, as well as working in a manufacturing environment where noise and seasonal temperature changes are expected. We provide the training, support and equipment you need to work safely and successfully.
