Job summary

XPT Software in Australia seeks a Production Support Lead to govern Workato integrations and related platforms across enterprise environments. You will own incident, problem and change management, and drive continuous service improvements to ensure high availability and SLA adherence.

You will lead a global support team, coordinate with client stakeholders and development teams, monitor workflows, and drive RCA actions to improve platform stability and security across AWS services and MFT

Qualifications

Extensive experience supporting and administering Workato-based integration platforms.
Proven track record leading production support for integrations, MFT, and cloud components.
Strong stakeholder management and incident/change management experience within ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

Own incident, problem and change management for Workato-based integrations and related platforms.
Provide regular service reviews and status updates to clients and internal teams.
Lead and mentor offshore support teams, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
Coordinate with client stakeholders, vendors and development teams to resolve complex issues.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows and cloud components.
Manage production deployments, release validations, and post-implementation support.
