Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Production Support Lead for Workato integrations. The role focuses on supporting and administering Workato-based integration platforms in enterprise environments, leading production support for Workato, GoAnywhere MFT, and AWS-based integration hubs.

You will own incident, change, and problem management, ensuring service levels and client satisfaction while mentoring an offshore team.

Qualifications

• Experience in production support for enterprise integration platforms (Workato).
• Lead production support for Workato integrations, GoAnywhere MFT, and AWS-based Airflow/Eventing platforms.
• Own incident, problem, and change management with SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client-facing support lead with regular status updates.
• Mentor offshore support team; provide technical guidance and escalation support.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and dev teams to resolve complex issues.
• Manage production deployments, release validations, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance across integration components.
• Drive RCA and preventive actions to reduce recurring issues.
