Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a casual Disability Support Practitioner to support our Accommodation SIL Houses and Home & Community programs on the Central Coast. You will help adults live independently, assist with personal care, meals, medications and daily routines, while promoting skills and decision-making.

Role requires a NSW Driver's Licence, physical ability for transfers, and availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week across varied shifts including early mornings, day,

Qualifications

• Passion for empowering people with disability.
• Can-do attitude and growth mindset.
• NSW Driver's Licence (minimum of P2 or above).
• Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers.
• Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week (15-20+ hours).
• Availability across a variety of shift times, including early mornings, day shifts, afternoons & evenings, awake overnights.
• Ability to travel to multiple CPA locations across the Central Coast region.
