Job summary

genU is seeking a practical Production Supervisor to lead a diverse team in Geelong. This hands-on role blends production work with customer service, while supporting people of all abilities to build skills, confidence and independence in the workplace.

You’ll coach and motivate colleagues, ensure safety, quality and delivery, and promote an inclusive workplace culture. Flexible hours and casual arrangements help our people thrive.

Qualifications

• Forklift and medium-rigid license essential.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality or similar environments.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in an inclusive workplace environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.
• Enthusiasm for working alongside people with a disability.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate required (assistance provided).
