genU in Melbourne is seeking a National Manager - People & Culture to lead our Employment and Businesses portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders, guide a national team and shape a workplace where people can thrive and do their best work.

You will bring extensive P&C leadership experience in large organisations, with expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, organisational development and people strategy, plus strong executive stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading People & Culture or Human Resources functions in a large organisation.
• Standalone expertise across employee relations, workforce planning, organisational development and people strategy.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at executive level.
• A values-led leadership style with a genuine passion for developing people and teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support people priorities and organisational outcomes.
• Experience within employment services, community services or vocational education.
