Job summary

genU is seeking a practical Production Supervisor to lead a diverse team in our Geelong-based Business Enterprises unit. This hands-on role blends production work with customer service and people leadership to develop skills and confidence for employees of all abilities.

You’ll oversee day-to-day production, coach staff, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate stock and supplier relations, while supporting an inclusive, accessible workplace.

Qualifications

• Forklift and MR licenses are required.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality or similar environments.
• Proven leadership in an inclusive workplace.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.
• Enthusiasm for working with people with a disability.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• Forklift and medium-rigid license essential.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality or similar environments

• An enthusiasm for working alongside people with a disability

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
