JBS Australia is seeking a Production Supervisor in Ipswich, Queensland, to lead production operations on the Harvest Floor or Fabrication areas. This permanent, full-time role focuses on driving efficiency, safety, and quality in a fast-paced meat processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes in production, either in our Harvest Floor or Fabrication
• Overseeing scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as first-line troubleshooting should problems arise.
• Overseeing the operation of production machinery
• Overseeing the set-up cleaning and maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment
• Overseeing product inspection and product quality control.
