Job summary

Linde ANZ seeks a Production Leader to guide a multi-disciplinary team, building capabilities, setting clear expectations and driving productivity on a modern process plant in Brisbane. You will champion process safety, coordinate daily activities to meet KPI targets and budgets, and lead continuous improvement in reliability, cost control, and operational performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a process plant, manufacturing, reliability or similar operational environment.
• Five years' experience in a leadership or technical role.
• Strong HSE capability in Process Safety or Major Hazard Facility environment.
• Confident people leadership skills with accountability drive.
• You can have difficult conversations, manage performance and drive productivity.
• Sound technical knowledge across plant operations, maintenance and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop production team capabilities and productivity.
• Lead the production team to deliver safe, reliable and efficient plant operations.
• Champion Process Safety and strengthen safety culture through leadership.
• Coordinate daily activities to achieve KPI targets and customer commitments.
• Build a high performance culture with clear accountability and feedback.
• Monitor plant performance and elevate risks promptly.
• Support maintenance planning, shutdowns and equipment reliability.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, cost control and performance.
• Manage resources, plant costs and materials in line with budgets.
