Job summary

Prysmian Group in Dee Why is seeking a Production Planner to ensure the daily, weekly and monthly factory plan is executed on site. You will be an Excel wizard and SAP experience is highly regarded, coordinating production in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

You will generate schedules, manage WIP, align with engineering standards, and work with cross-functional teams to keep the line flowing, hitting SOP targets while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP.
• Experience in manufacturing production planning.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate and interpret the production plan and coordinate daily planning meetings.
• Manage machine scheduling and workflow across factories.
• Ensure plans meet quality, safety, and cost standards.
• Maintain and update production schedule for monthly output.
• Coordinate with commercial teams on progression and tracking.
• Develop schedule adherence measures for key machines.
• Provide back-up coverage in other product areas.
• Achieve the Monthly SOP Plan.
