Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Production Planner in Gladstone, QLD, to coordinate repair and service processes and maintain scheduling accuracy. The role focuses on safely delivering on-time outcomes and efficient resource use, with strong SAP and planning-system experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer repair products and service processes to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Develop, maintain and adjust production and repair schedules to maximise resource utilisation while meeting customer delivery requirements.
• Provide customer support and respond to enquiries regarding standard exchange equipment, pricing and availability.
• Monitor job progress and proactively communicate updates, delays or scheduling changes to key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate planning, scheduling and operational data within SAP and other business systems.
• Support inventory and equipment availability planning to ensure timely service delivery.
