Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate and manage customer repair products and service processes, ensuring safety, efficiency and on-schedule delivery. The role involves developing and adjusting production and repair schedules, providing customer support, and maintaining SAP-based data to optimise resource utilisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Production Planner, Service Planner, Maintenance Planner, Scheduler or similar coordination role.
• Strong SAP experience and confidence working with planning and scheduling systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and respond to enquiries regarding standard exchange equipment, pricing and availability.
• Monitor job progress and proactively communicate updates, delays or scheduling changes to key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate planning, scheduling and operational data within SAP and other business systems.
• Support inventory and equipment availability planning to ensure timely service delivery.
