Job summary

Liebherr Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Production Planner to join our Remanufacturing team based in Para Hills, South Australia. You will develop and manage production schedules, coordinate priorities and provide planning and administrative support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role values organized, proactive individuals with strong attention to detail and excellent communication, ready to learn and grow within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating, administering, or working in production/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver shop floor documentation including Production Orders.
• Plan Production Orders focusing on Planned, Release and In-Process dates.
• Enter and maintain data in the ERP system accurately.
• Develop reports and maintain production records and documentation.
• Develop and manage production schedules aligned to resources and capacity.
• Create and maintain WIP schedules for internal and external operations.
• Re-prioritise schedules in response to demand, materials or changes.

Liebherr Australia is seeking a Production Planner to join our Remanufacturing team based in Para Hills, South Australia . Reporting to the Team Leader – Production Planning , you will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, coordinating priorities, and providing effective production planning and administrative support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production, manufacturing, planning, scheduling, or administration who is looking to develop their career within a global manufacturing organisation. You do not need to be a senior scheduler to be successful in this role — we are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and keen to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and delivering relevant shop floor documentation, including Production Orders, technical drawings, and quality procedures.

Planning Production Orders, with a particular focus on managing Planned, Release and In-Process dates.

Entering and maintaining accurate data within the ERP system.

Developing required reports and maintaining production records and documentation.

Developing and managing production schedules in line with available resources and capacity.

Creating and maintaining WIP production schedules for internal and external operations.

Re-prioritising production schedules in response to changes in demand, materials, and operational requirements.

Providing effective coordination and administrative support to the production environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will have strong attention to detail, enjoy coordinating multiple priorities and be keen to develop your skills in production planning and scheduling.

• Experience in a coordination, administration, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

The following experience would be advantageous but isnot essential:

• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory control.
• Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly planning or manufacturing modules.
• Previous experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Experience working in a job shop or similar manufacturing environment.
