Liebherr Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Scheduling Officer to join the Remanufacturing team in Para Hills, SA. You will develop and manage production schedules, coordinate priorities and provide administrative support under the Team Leader - Production Planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, administration, production, or manufacturing.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of MRP and inventory control is advantageous.
• Experience with an ERP system, particularly planning or manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver shop floor documentation including Production Orders, drawings, and quality procedures.
• Plan Production Orders focusing on Planned, Release and In-Process dates.
• Enter and maintain data in the ERP system.
• Develop reports and maintain production records and documentation.
• Develop and manage production schedules aligning with available resources and capacity.
• Create and maintain WIP production schedules for internal and external operations.
• Re-prioritise production schedules in response to demand, materials and operational changes.
• Provide coordination and administrative support to the production environment.
