Job summary

Cogent Resources is recruiting an Operator for our production team in Camellia, NSW. The role involves operating production machinery in a GMP-compliant facility, adhering to strict food safety and quality procedures, and working in a 10°C cold environment.

Ideal candidates have prior machine operator experience in food manufacturing or FMCG, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work Monday to Friday with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience – essential.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, production or a similar industry.
• Experience operating production or processing machinery.
• Good understanding of GMP and food safety requirements.
• Ability to work comfortably in a 10°C cold environment.
• Availability Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.

About the Role

• Monday to Friday work (Ongoing Work)

• Start times of 6:30am or 7:00am (Candidates must be available to start at either 6:30am or 7:00am)

• Must be available to work over time

• Machine operation within a food manufacturing environment

• Work in a GMP-compliant production facility

• Follow strict food safety and quality procedures

• Work in a cold environment of approximately 10°C

About You
