Job summary

Dipology Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join a small, family-owned food production team. You will prepare and process products, operate and monitor processing machinery, and assist with packing and labelling to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate II in Food Processing or are willing to complete it in-house, plus experience in manufacturing and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

About the role:

The Machine Operator is responsible for preparing and processing food products, ensuring that production meets quality standards and is delivered in a timely manner. Duties include operating and monitoring machinery, packing and labelling products and monitoring product quality, ensuring that tasks are completed in a cost effective and timely manner to the highest standards of safety and quality. The Machine Operator is required to work as an effective and cooperative team member.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you'llbe committed to providing timely and proactive support to the production process. You will have:

• Certificate II in Food Processing or willingness to complete in house.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Familiarity with machinery operation and operation.
