Job summary

CSR is seeking Production Operators at our Minto site to keep manufacturing running safely and efficiently. You’ll work Monday to Friday, with day shifts 6:00am–2:00pm or night shifts 10:00pm–6:00am, offering consistency and work-life balance for team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and doing things the right way.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Mechanically minded with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant and equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Manually remove the panels from conveyors and pack them.
• Manually pick and pack corners assemblies.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor product quality and identify defects and document checks.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
