Job summary

CSR is hiring Production Operators to join the team at the Minto site, working on day or night shifts with Monday to Friday hours: 6:00am–2:00pm or 10:00pm–6:00am. You will operate plant and equipment to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll have experience in manufacturing, a forklift licence preferred, and a strong focus on safety and quality. This role offers career growth, a collaborative culture, and wellbeing support within CSR's inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and doing things the right way.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Mechanically minded with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant and equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Manually remove the panels from conveyors and pack them.
• Manually pick and pack corners assemblies.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor product quality and identify defects and document checks.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
