Job summary

Lactalis Australia is seeking an experienced Production Operator for our Lidcombe manufacturing site. You will join a shift-based manufacturing team, operate liquid rotary fillers, and support GMP/HACCP processes to maintain high food safety standards.

We value self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who can work overtime as required and contribute to a safe, efficient production environment with on-the-job training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating liquid rotary fillers in the food industry is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work shift work and overtime as required.
• Team-oriented with strong safety and quality focus.

About this opportunity:

We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator for a full-time position at out Lidcombe manufacturing plant. These positions rarely become available with long tenures amongst the team. With all this experience you will quickly learn manufacturing to a very high standard.

About you:

We require a team-oriented and skilled Operator who is:

Self-motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required

Skills needed:

• Safety and quality focused
• Lateral thinking / troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
• Numeracy and literacy skills

Preferred:

Previous experience in operating liquid rotary fillers in the food industryisrequired.

SAP system experience will be highly regarded.
