Job summary

The a2 Milk Company Australia is seeking an experienced Production Operator with a current Forklift Licence to join our Smeaton Grange site on a permanent full-time afternoon shift.

You’ll work across production and warehouse operations, operate and monitor equipment to keep lines running safely and efficiently, with rotation across filling, packing, processing and forklift tasks while contributing to our safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dairy, FMCG, food manufacturing or similar production environment.
• Safety-first mindset; HACCP knowledge; reliability; willingness to learn.
• Clear written and verbal communication and a positive team approach.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transport.

About the Role

Ready to bring your production and forklift skills to a fast-paced, supportive team? We’re looking for an experienced Production Operator with a current Forklift Licence to join our Smeaton Grange site on a permanent full-time afternoon shift.

This is an immediate-start opportunity where you’ll work across production and warehouse operations, learn new skills and be part of a team that bottles more than 850,000 litres of a2 Milk each week.

What You’ll Do

Join a collaborative, close-knit team that works together to keep production moving.

Operate and monitor production equipment to keep lines running safely, efficiently and smoothly.

Rotate across filling, packing, processing, forklift operation and other hands‑on tasks so no two days feel the same.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Dairy, FMCG, food manufacturing or a similar production environment.

A safety-first mindset, HACCP knowledge, reliability and a willingness to pitch in and learn.

Clear written and verbal communication skills and a positive team approach.

A current driver's license and reliable transport

Highly regarded:

Dairy manufacturing experience.

Experience operating filling machines or similar production equipment.
