Job summary

Lactalis is seeking a Production Operator at our Lidcombe manufacturing plant. This full-time role requires a team-oriented, self-motivated individual who can work shift work and overtime as required. You will contribute to high manufacturing standards in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Ideal candidates have GMP/HACCP understanding, numeracy and literacy skills, and possibly experience with liquid fillers. Training will be provided and SAP experience is valued.

Qualifications

• GMP/HACCP knowledge required.
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Shift work and overtime adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in a safe, compliant manner.
• Support shift-based production targets and quality checks.

About this opportunity:

We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator for a full-time position at out Lidcombe manufacturing plant. These positions rarely become available with long tenures amongst the team. With all this experience you will quickly learn manufacturing to a very high standard.

About you:

We require a team-oriented and skilled Operator who is:

Self-motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required

Skills needed:

• Safety and quality focused
• Lateral thinking / troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
• Numeracy and literacy skills

Preferred:

Previous experience in operating liquid rotary fillers in the food industryisrequired.

SAP system experience will be highly regarded.
