Job summary

The a2 Milk Company Australia is seeking an experienced Production Operator with a current Forklift Licence at our Smeaton Grange site on a permanent full-time afternoon shift.

You will work across production and warehouse operations, rotating through filling, packing, processing, forklift operation and other hands-on tasks while helping bottle more than 850,000 litres of a2 Milk each week. This role offers stability and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• A safety-first mindset, reliability and a willingness to pitch in and learn.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a positive team approach.
• Current driver’s licence or ability to travel to work.
• Dairy manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
• Experience operating filling machines or similar production equipment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to keep lines running safely, efficiently and smoothly.
• Rotate across filling, packing, processing, forklift operation and other hands-on tasks.
