Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking experienced Production Operators for a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Melbourne. Roles are available on day or night shifts, with standard safety and teamwork expectations.

You will operate production equipment, pack finished products, monitor stock, and contribute to efficiency while following GMP and housekeeping standards. This is a long-term opportunity with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing or food production environment.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferred.
• Experience operating production or warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Pack finished products and complete general stores duties in line with site procedures.
• Operate production equipment and machinery, including pallet jacks and packing equipment.
• Monitor stock and materials, reporting any shortages to supervisors.
• Follow GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality targets.

• Day Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:00pm to 6:00am

About the Role
