Job summary

Nu Mega Ingredients in Melbourne is seeking enthusiastic Production Operators to join a clean, well-supported site where safety, quality, and teamwork matter. You will be trained and supported to succeed in a collaborative environment.

You will operate and monitor production equipment, support refinery processes, and contribute to achieving daily production goals while following established procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Reliability and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn with full training provided.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights.
• Experience in oil refining or dairy is helpful but not essential.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities
