Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will help ensure our products are brewed, blended, and packaged with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality. Key duties include:

• Adhering to all Remedy OH&S policies and the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004.
• Promptly reporting hazards, incidents, or injuries to your supervisor.
• Operating production lines and manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Supporting production line changeovers and setup activities.
• Monitoring machine settings and adjusting as necessary to meet performance targets.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace; completing routine and scheduled cleaning tasks.
• Accurately completing real-time quality checks and production documentation for traceability and accreditation.
• Reporting quality or food safety concerns to the Supervisors/QA immediately.
