Job summary

Remedy Drinks in Sydney is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to join our field team across Sydney metro suburbs. This hands-on role offers the chance to build valuable FMCG experience, work with great brands, and see the results of your effort daily.

You’ll support retailers, refill shelves, implement POS, and help with planograms while collaborating with sales reps. A driver’s license and reliable car are essential; stamina and a proactive attitude are rewarded.

Qualifications

• FMCG experience or understanding of in-store execution preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Experience working in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments is beneficial.

• Grow brand presence in assigned Sydney metro stores.
• Refill shelves and replenish stock for high-volume brands.
• Implement planograms, POS, and fridge assets; support re-orders and in-store intel.

Through our distribution businesses, The Better Food Distribution Co, we also represent more than 30 premium food and beverage brands including Remedy, Fever Tree, Tony's Chocolonely, Proper Crisps, Health Lab and FUNDAY. As our business continues to grow, we're expanding our field team and looking for a motivated Merchandiser to join us.

You'll support retailers across Sydney metro suburbs on a full-time basis. Whether you've worked in hospitality, supermarkets, retail or another fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. If you've got a great attitude and willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest

The Role

• Growing our brand presence in each category
• Shelf refilling and replenishing (particularly important for our high-volume brands like Remedy)
• Cutting in new products/line extensions
• Promotional compliance
• Planogram and fridge asset compliance, relays
• Implementation of POS
• Supporting the territory sales rep with re-orders and general in-store intel
• Working closely and collaboratively with our other sales reps and brand owners
• Step into a sales rep route relief when required
