Job summary

Bega Group at Bentley site in Perth is seeking a fixed-term 12-month contract role to support manufacturing and packaging operations. The successful candidate will rotate between day and afternoon shifts, work Monday to Saturday, and contribute to quality documentation and safety compliance.

Ideal applicants have prior manufacturing/warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. A current Australian driving license is required.

The Role

Our Bentley site located in Perth manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced directly from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey, and Northcliffe regions of south-western WA.

The team at Bentley is a multicultural and diverse bunch, spanning 20 countries from around the world! The site currently manufactures more than 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - Masters!

This is a fixed-term 12-month contract to cover parental leave. The successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster, covering both day and afternoon shifts.

• Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Responsibilities
