Job summary

Inline Nutralabs, part of the Inline group, is an Australian contract manufacturer specialising in powdered foods and nutritional products. We seek a hands-on leader to drive production, blending and warehouse performance and safety, reporting to the Head of Operations.

You will lead daily manufacturing activities, support Supervisors, and help our teams run efficiently while upholding high quality standards. This role combines frontline involvement with strategic process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in powdered foods or related dry product manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating manufacturing teams and supervisors.
• Practical understanding of production, blending, packaging and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills to lead and influence.
• Ability to balance daily operational demands with longer-term improvements.
• Collaborative leadership style with accountability and development focus.
• Proactive mindset to optimise processes and performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Production, Blending and Warehouse Supervisors to meet daily targets.
• Schedule production priorities, labour and resources to meet commitments.
• Ensure HACCP, GMP and food safety compliance.
• Drive efficiency, productivity and waste reduction with LEAN methods.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and maintenance coordination.
• Coach and develop supervisors and operators to build capability.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, HR and Commercial teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain production records and clear reporting to Head of Operations.
• Identify and escalate continuous improvement opportunities across processes and teams.
• Promote safety, quality, housekeeping and operational excellence.
