Job summary

Inline Nutralabs, part of the Inline group, is an Australian contract manufacturer specialising in powdered foods and nutritional products. We seek a practical, hands-on leader to support Production, Blending and Warehouse operations and to drive safety, quality and performance across the site.

You will lead by example, coaching supervisors and teams, balancing immediate production needs with ongoing process improvements and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in powdered food, nutritional supplements or similar dry foods.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements.
• Experience leading or coordinating manufacturing teams and supervisors.
• Understanding of production, blending, packaging and warehouse operations.
• Organisational, problem-solving and communication skills to lead and influence.
• Ability to balance daily operational demands with longer-term improvements.
• A collaborative leadership style with accountability for development.
• A proactive mindset to optimise processes and performance.
• Current forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate Production, Blending and Warehouse Supervisors to deliver daily targets.
• Coordinate production priorities, labour and resources to meet schedules and commitments.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, quality and safety requirements.
• Monitor production performance and drive improvements in efficiency and waste reduction using LEAN methods.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and maintenance coordination to reduce downtime.
• Coach and develop supervisors and operators, building team capability and culture.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, HR and Commercial teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain effective communication, production records and reporting to Head of Operations.
• Identify and escalate continuous improvement opportunities across processes and teams.
• Promote proactive safety, quality, housekeeping and operational excellence.
