Job summary

Aluminium Dynamics Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a Production Manager (Manufacturing) based in Largs North to oversee day-to-day operations, drive productivity, and ensure quality across the facility. The role requires 2+ years in production management, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing, CAD, and safety regulations.

You will lead a skilled team and coordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience (2+ years) in a production management role within manufacturing.
• Understanding of CAD software is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing principles, process optimization and quality control.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in production management software and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
• Degree/Certificate in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and production planning.
• Analyse production data and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and develop the production team with coaching and training.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering and logistics to align activities with company goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technological advancements.
• Report production metrics and KPIs to senior management.
