Fleetwood Australia is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at the High Wycombe facility, driving safety, quality, productivity, and lean initiatives. You will manage supervisors and production teams to meet targets, schedules and customer expectations while fostering continuous improvement.

You will develop people, improve processes, and contribute to operational excellence across the site, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading manufacturing, production, construction, or industrial operations.
• Experience managing supervisors, tradespeople, and production teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety leadership, quality management, and operational performance.
• Experience driving lean manufacturing, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors and production teams to achieve safety, quality, and operational results.
• Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production targets, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Optimize workforce, plant, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources to maximise productivity.
• Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors, tradespeople, apprentices, and future leaders to build capability.
• Monitor operational performance through reporting, KPIs, workforce planning, and compliance management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to support site performance.
