Buildability Group Professional Roles – Sydney NSW is recruiting a Production Manager for Western Sydney. This permanent, full-time role leads a busy packaging manufacturing site, taking ownership of the factory floor and guiding a capable team to improve safety, productivity and quality.

You’ll manage Supervisors and production staff, partner with maintenance, logistics and quality teams, drive KPI performance, identify bottlenecks and coach leaders to build accountability and capability on the

Qualifications

You could come from packaging, plastics, FMCG, food, print, building products or another high-volume manufacturing operation.
You’ve managed production KPIs, staffing levels and operational performance.
You’ve proven experience managing large teams and multiple layers of leadership.
You’ve delivered measurable improvements in productivity, quality or efficiency.
You’ve developed and retained strong teams and taken a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

Leading production operations across a busy manufacturing facility.
Managing and developing Supervisors, Team Leaders and production staff.
Making sure production targets are achieved without compromising safety or quality.
Working closely with maintenance, logistics and quality teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical improvements.
Coaching managers and supervisors to build accountability and capability within the team.
