Job summary

Drive Group Australia in Melville is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage staff and workflow on the shop floor, ensuring on-time repairs and high customer service.

You will schedule tasks, coach the team, quote damaged vehicles, and oversee parts purchasing. Strong interpersonal skills and safety compliance required; Australian working rights preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive floor supervision or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a busy workshop and meet deadlines.
  • Strong safety awareness and compliance with procedures.
  • Willingness to work in Melville, WA.

  • Ensure quality repair processes meet productivity targets and customer expectations

Job description

As part of our team in Melville, you'll be responsible for managing staff and workflow on the floor, ensuring timeframes are met and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with all members of the team in order to meet deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule, forecast and allocate work to team members

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience within a similar role/s in the automotive industry
  • Attention to detail, with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a busy workshop and achieve service outcomes
  • Strong computer system skills and previous experience in ibody, Parts Check or Audanet (ideal)
  • Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
  • Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
