Design & Build Recruitment is seeking experienced Production Line Setter Operators for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. Based in Minto, NSW, the role involves setting up packaging lines, changeovers, GMP compliance, and detailed production documentation while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Machine Operator, Line Setter or Production Technician in pharma or related industry.
• Experience setting up packaging or filling equipment.
• Strong GMP knowledge and quality systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, adaptable, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust packaging machines and production lines to meet requirements.
• Perform product changeovers and equipment setups while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Operate, dismantle, clean, and reassemble filling and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
• Complete production documentation in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Maintain effective written and verbal communication with production teams and support departments.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company procedures to ensure high-quality products.

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Line Setter, Production Technician, or similar role within pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or a related industry
• Demonstrated experience setting up packaging or filling equipment

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
