Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking experienced Production Line Setter Operators for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. Based in Minto, NSW, the role involves setting up packaging lines, changeovers, GMP compliance, and detailed production documentation while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience as Machine Operator, Line Setter or Production Technician in pharma or related industry.
Experience setting up packaging or filling equipment.
Strong GMP knowledge and quality systems.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable, adaptable, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Set up and adjust packaging machines and production lines to meet requirements.
Perform product changeovers and equipment setups while maintaining quality and compliance.
Operate, dismantle, clean, and reassemble filling and packaging equipment.
Troubleshoot machine and production issues to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
Complete production documentation in accordance with GMP requirements.
Maintain effective written and verbal communication with production teams and support departments.
Adhere to safety, quality, and company procedures to ensure high-quality products.
