Job summary

Chai Me Pty Ltd. is seeking a hands-on production operator to manage a powder packing or beverage filling line and oversee equipment in a fast-growing food manufacturing environment.

You will ensure food safety and quality standards, maintain an organized workspace, and contribute to process improvements with the team. Physical work, manual tasks, and strong reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to perform manual tasks.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A team-oriented mindset, sense of urgency, positive, can-do attitude.
• Driver's licence.
• Experience operating liquid-filling and/or powder-filling equipment.
• Experience working in FMCG will be highly regarded.
• High safety, quality, and GMP awareness.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to undertake physical work (able to lift up to 25 kg bags if required).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to contribute as a member of the team and autonomously.
• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and work additional hours.

• Obtain, process, and share relevant information with teams as appropriate.
