Get hands-on: Work alongside the team on fabrication, assembly, repairs and technical challenges.
Deliver projects: Turn approved designs into production plans, coordinating materials, suppliers and deadlines.
Manage installations: Plan and participate in on-site installations, ensuring safety, quality and attention to detail.
Own quality and safety: Maintain workshop standards, check finished products and oversee site compliance.
Solve problems: Troubleshoot issues, coordinate repairs and keep the Founder informed of progress.
You might currently be a Workshop Manager, Production Supervisor, Leading Hand, Installation Manager or experienced tradesperson ready for more responsibility.
Your background could be in carpentry, joinery, cabinetmaking, fabrication, manufacturing or commercial fit-outs.
You’ll bring:
Strong hands-on technical skills and experience reading drawings and specifications.
Experience supervising or leading a small team.
The ability to organise jobs, materials, people and competing deadlines.
A practical, solutions-focused approach and pride in quality workmanship.
Strong communication, reliability and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
A current driver’s licence and White Card.
Experience with CNC machinery or custom installations is a bonus.
105,000–115,000 + super — reflecting your experience.
Real variety — from workshop production to unique on-site installations.
Genuine ownership — lead projects and your team from start to finish.
Stay hands-on — use your technical skills every day.
Make an impact — work directly with the Founder in a creative, specialist business.
If you’re a practical leader who enjoys making things, solving problems and delivering great work, we’d love to hear from you.
