Job summary

The Innovative Group is seeking experienced warehouse and production operators for a busy food manufacturing environment. Roles span production picking, warehousing and liquid blending, with day shifts available.

• Experience in food manufacturing, ingredient handling, blending, batching or compounding is highly regarded.
• Exposure to Dangerous Goods (DG) is desirable.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and the importance of following procedures.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing raw materials for production in accordance with Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Checking and verifying batch numbers, SKUs, quantities and product information
• Completing stock put-aways and maintaining accurate warehouse locations
• Operating high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Batching, weighing and accurately measuring raw materials
• Mixing and blending ingredients in accordance with production formulas and batch instructions
• Completing production and batch documentation
• Following strict procedures around product quality, traceability and food safety
• Handling raw materials and ingredients in accordance with workplace and Dangerous Goods (DG) requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production or warehouse environment
• Working closely with the wider warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are available and production schedules are met

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable warehouse and production operators to join a busy food manufacturing environment.

We have multiple positions available across production picking, warehousing and liquid blending/compounding, with opportunities available on day shift.

These roles will suit candidates who have previous experience in warehouse, production, food manufacturing, ingredient handling or a similar environment, and who are confident working in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace where safety, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Forklift License with strong high reach experience is crucial for this role.

About the Roles

Shift Times

The available day-shift positions include:

• 7:00am – 3:00pm
• 8:00am – 4:00pm
