• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, leading by example and driving engagement.
• Ensure execution of production schedules to meet throughput, quality and safety standards.
• Address and escalate operational issues that may impact performance or efficiency.
• Support machine performance and reliability through effective issue escalation and resolution processes.
