Seal & Design in Australia is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production operation, coaching and developing Production Team Leads and Associates to meet daily goals. You will drive KPI boards, monitor safety and quality, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time shipments and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership and a track record in manufacturing, with emphasis on continuous improvement and the ability to manage schedules and labor resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; leadership experience in production/manufacturing.
• Proficiency with business systems software and Microsoft Office.
• Proven leadership, delegation, coaching, and performance management skills.
• 5S, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities; able to manage priorities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with a solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production team leads and associates to achieve daily goals.
• Coach, develop, and support team members; monitor performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time shipment.
• Review KPIs, update reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee attendance, overtime approval, and time records.
