Job summary

Brunel in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join our luxury residential construction team. You will produce detailed production estimates for custom homes, collaborate with drafting, estimating and site teams, and ensure costs align with plans and specifications.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in residential estimating, strong cost planning knowledge, and Buildertrend experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in residential construction estimating.
• Experience managing custom/high-end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and cost planning.
• Buildertrend experience is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Preparing detailed production estimates for custom residential builds
• Collaborating with Drafting, Estimating, and Site teams to manage project costs
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and material requirements

Profile

• Over 5 years experience in residential construction estimating, preferably with a focus on production
• Proven experience managing custom / high-end residential projects
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost planning
• Buildertrend experience is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
